Getting Help Based on Who You Are
Agency Administrators
For account, billing, user-management, configuration, and onboarding questions, email support@lemrsystems.com from your agency email. Your onboarding contact can also help during your first weeks on LEMR.
Clinicians & Staff
For trouble signing in, app issues, or how-to questions, first check with your agency administrator — many settings are managed by your agency. For app problems, email support@lemrsystems.com with your device and app version.
Patients & Families
For questions about your visits, care plan, or health record, please contact the home health or home care agency that provides your care. For patient-portal sign-in trouble, email support@lemrsystems.com.
Common Support Questions
I can't sign in to the app. What should I do?
First confirm your email address and that your account is active — agency administrators can reset access and re-enable accounts. If you use Face ID or Touch ID and it stops working, sign in once with your email and password, then re-enable biometric sign-in in Settings. If the problem continues, email support@lemrsystems.com with your device model and app version.
How do I get the LEMR mobile app?
LEMR is available on the web today, and the iPhone and Android apps are rolling out through the App Store and Google Play. Your agency administrator will share installation instructions for your organization. You can always use LEMR in a web browser in the meantime.
The app is asking for camera or location access — is that required?
LEMR requests device permissions only for specific features: the camera for clinical photos, location for visit verification, and the microphone for voice-to-text. They are requested in context and can be managed in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on each permission.
How do I delete my account or request data deletion?

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We welcome both. Email support@lemrsystems.com with as much detail as you can — what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if possible. Feature ideas from agencies directly shape our roadmap.
I think I found a security vulnerability.
Please report it responsibly to support@lemrsystems.com. Include steps to reproduce the issue. We review every report and will follow up with you.
